Term and Extensions. This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless it is terminated earlier pursuant to its terms, shall continue in effect until December 31, 2016, with the possibility for a one-year extension as mutually agreed to by the City and the Franchisee. Franchisee shall give ninety (90) days written notice to the City prior to the expiration of the term to request an extension. The City in its sole discretion may decide to approve or decline the extension, or request an amendment of this Agreement prior to such extension.
Term and Extensions. 6.1. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for the Initial Term unless terminated or extended in accordance with the provisions hereof.
6.2. The term of this Agreement may be extended by Customer for one additional five-year period by giving SAVVIS written notice not less than one year before the scheduled expiration of the Initial Term.
6.3. Upon the termination of this Agreement in accordance with its scheduled expiration or by Customer pursuant to Section 7, SAVVIS will continue to provide the Networks in accordance with the terms and conditions herein (excluding the Minimum Annual Commitment) for a period of up to five years after the effective date of termination (the "TRANSITION PERIOD"). During the Transition Period, Customer shall pay SAVVIS for the use of the Networks at the rates in effect at the effective date of termination. If Customer has not completely transitioned from its use of the Networks after the Transition Period, SAVVIS will provide the Networks at SAVVIS' then current list rates. SAVVIS and its successor will cooperate with Customer until Customer has completely migrated to another provider.
6.4. The above provisions of this Section 6 notwithstanding, the term of this Agreement, including the Initial Term and any extension provided under Section 6.2, and the Transition Period shall not extend beyond the term or the transition period of the Network Services Agreement.

6.2. The term of this Agreement may be extended by Bridge for one additional five-year period by giving SAVVIS written notice not less than one year before the scheduled expiration of the Initial Term.

Upon the termination of this Agreement in accordance with its scheduled expiration or by Bridge pursuant to Section 7, SAVVIS will continue to provide the Networks in accordance with the terms and conditions herein (excluding the Minimum Annual Commitment) for a period of up to five years after the effective date of termination (the "TRANSITION PERIOD"). During the Transition Period, Bridge shall pay SAVVIS for the use of the Networks at the rates in effect for third party customers of SAVVIS at the effective date of termination. SAVVIS and its successor will cooperate with Bridge until Bridge has completely migrated to another provider.
Term and Extensions. 5.1. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date, and shall continue in full force and effect for the Initial Term unless terminated or extended in accordance with the provisions hereof.
5.2. The term of this Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the termination of the Network Services Agreement for any reason, and shall automatically be extended for such period as the term of the Network Services Agreement may be extended, including any Transition Period, as defined in the Network Services Agreement.
Term and Extensions. Paragraphs (a) and (b) are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:
(a) The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the last date shown on the signature page (Seventh Amendment Effective Date), and shall continue in full force and effect through January 31, 2002 unless terminated in accordance with its provisions.
(b) Bridge shall have the right to extend the term of this Agreement for up to two (2) successive one (1) year periods after the expiration of the term (as the same may be extended pursuant to section 9). Bridge must exercise its renewal right by providing Sprint thirty days advance written notice of Bridge's intent to extend.
Term and Extensions. The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until 31 December, 2024 (“Initial Term”) provided that those provisions of this Agreement which are expressly stated as commencing on the Start Date shall not commence until the Start Date. The Initial Term shall be automatically extended by an additional two (2) year period until 31 December 2026 (“Extended Term”) unless prior termination by either Party in accordance with the Termination Events listed under Sections 16.2 or 16.3 below. The Initial Term and the Extended Term together referred to as “Term”.
Term and Extensions. 2.1 This Agreement shall be for an initial term commencing on the date hereof and ending at 11:59 p.m., prevailing legal time in Atlanta, Georgia, on December 31, 2011 (the “Initial Term”), unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided.
2.2 Should the County cease to utilize Fire Station 12 to provide Fire and Rescue Services for a period of one-hundred and twenty (120) days, or be otherwise abandoned, this Agreement shall terminate instanter, unless the County resumes the use of the Fire Station 12 within thirty (30) days after written notice of such deemed abandonment is delivered by the City to the County
2.3 This Agreement shall automatically renew each year for additional one (1) full calendar year (the “Successive Terms”) through December 31, 2061, unless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided. These Successive Terms shall be upon all of the same terms, covenants and conditions of this Agreement then applicable. The Initial Term and each Successive Term is referred to herein as, the “Term.”
