Term Health Warranty. Breeder provides a _____-year warranty from the puppy/dog’s date of birth against any debilitating congenital conditions. Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Xxxxxxx’s choice for examination.

Intervertebral Disc Disease (Type I) and (ii) expressly do not include those Luxating Patella, Cryptorchidism Umbilical Hernia.
