Breeder will be given the opportunity to take the puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of Xxxxxxx’s choice for examination.
Term Health Warranty. 4) Seller warrants that the Dog is in good health at the time of delivery to Buyer, to the best of Seller’s knowledge and belief, and that Dog has been spayed or neutered, any umbilical hernias have been repaired, and the puppy has been vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccinations and dewormed.

Intervertebral Disc Disease (Type I) and (ii) expressly do not include those Luxating Patella, Cryptorchidism Umbilical Hernia.
