Term of Agreement; Renewal. This Agreement shall be valid for an initial term of two (2) years. In the event Owner sells its interest in the Property, this Agreement will terminate upon the date of such sale. Unless either party by written notice sent to the other party at least sixty (60) days before the end of any two-year term hereof elects not to renew this Agreement, this Agreement shall renew automatically for successive terms of two (2) years on the same terms as contained herein.

Thereafter, the Term shall automatically renew for up to three (3) additional successive terms of five (5) years each (each a “Renewal Term”), provided PEPCO continues to use the TOWN Property as provided in Paragraph 2 above and until either Party delivers a notice of termination of this Agreement to the other Party no less than three (3) months prior to the expiration of any Term or Renewal Term.

Subject to prior termination in accordance with this Agreement, the initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for one (1) year. Thereafter, the Society shall invoice Subscriber for the annual access fee and Subscriber may elect to renew the Agreement for additional one- year periods by paying the annual access fee when due. If Subscriber’s payment is not received by the Society within sixty (60) days after expiration of the applicable subscription term, the Society will discontinue Subscriber’s access to the Subscribed Products. The Society reserves the right to modify the applicable access fee and the terms of this Agreement for any renewal period.
Term of Agreement; Renewal. Unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Agreement, the term of this Agreement will commence on January 1, 2012 and continue until December 31, 2016. This Agreement will be renewed automatically for successive five (5)-year periods, unless both Parties agree to terminate it in writing (the initial term and all renewal terms, collectively, the “Term”).

This Agreement and the coverage to be provided pursuant to it will be effective on the date set forth above, provided that the Group meets all underwriting criteria, and the first premium has been paid to the Plan by the effective date. The term of this Agreement will automatically renew on the initial Anniversary Date and on each subsequent Anniversary Date for an additional three-year period unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the first Anniversary Date within the then current term, either party shall give written notice of nonrenewal to the other, in which event this Agreement shall terminate at the end of the three-year period then in effect. For example, assuming the initial contract period commences on June 1, 2018, it shall continue through May 31, 2021. On June 1, 2019, the term of this Agreement extends to May 31, 2022. On June 1, 2020, the term of this Agreement extends to May 31, 2023 unless one of the parties provides a written notice of intent not to renew the Agreement at least 90 days prior to June 1, 2020.
Term of Agreement; Renewal. This Agreement will remain in force until December 31, 2018 or it is terminated with 30 days' written notice by either the Sponsor or the Project, whichever date is sooner. This Agreement shall be renewed by request, and can be set-up to renew annually thereafter, unless either the Project of the Sponsor gives written notice of termination to the other at least 30 days before any annual renewal date.
