TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after April 1, 2017, or the date upon which the United Nurses of Alberta and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement, whichever is later up to and including March 31, 2020, and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than 60 days nor more than 120 days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement. 1.02 This Collective Agreement shall continue in force and effect until a new Collective Agreement has been concluded or until a strike or lockout commences. 1.03 An Employee whose employment has terminated prior to the signing of this Collective Agreement is eligible to receive retroactively any increase(s) they would have received but for the termination of employment, upon the submission of a written application to the Employer within 90 calendar days of the signing of the Agreement.

ARTICLE 4: MANAGEMENT RIGHTS – Current Agreement

TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after April 1, 2017, 2017 or the date upon which the United Nurses of Alberta and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement, whichever is later later, up to and including March 31, 2020, and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than 60 days nor more than 120 days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement. 1.02 This Collective Agreement shall continue in force and effect until a new Collective Agreement has been concluded executed or until a the right to strike or lockout commencesarises. 1.03 An Employee whose employment has terminated prior to the signing of this Collective Agreement is eligible to receive retroactively any increase(s) they would have received but for the termination of employment, upon the submission of a written application to the Employer within 90 calendar days of the signing of the Agreement.

TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after April 1September 19, 20172015, or the date upon which the United Nurses of Alberta and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their principals of the terms of this Collective AgreementCollective, whichever is later up to and including March 31September 30, 20202018, and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than 60 days nor more than 120 days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement. 1.02 This Collective Agreement shall continue in force and effect until a new Collective Agreement has been concluded executed or until a the right to strike or lockout commencesarises. 1.03 An Employee whose employment has terminated prior to the signing of this Collective Agreement is eligible to receive retroactively any increase(s) they would have received but for the termination of employment, upon the submission of a written application to the Employer within 90 calendar days of the signing of the Agreement. This provision applies to the Salary Appendix only.

TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from and after April 1, 2017, or the date upon which the United Nurses of Alberta and the Employer exchange notice of ratification ratification, April 18, 2015 by their principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement, whichever is later later, up to and including March 31, 20202018, and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than 60 days nor more than 120 days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement. 1.02 This Collective Agreement shall continue in force and effect until a new Collective Agreement has been concluded executed or until a the right to strike or lockout commencesarises. 1.03 An Employee whose employment has terminated prior to the signing of this Collective Agreement is eligible to receive retroactively any increase(s) they would have received but for the termination of employment, upon the submission of a written application to the Employer within 90 calendar days of the signing of the Agreement.
