TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement, including appendices hereto unless altered by mutual consent of both Parties hereto, shall be in force and effect from and after the date upon which the Union and the Employer exchange notice of ratification by their principals of the terms of this Collective Agreement, up to and including March 31, 2020 and from year-to-year thereafter unless amended or terminated. Notification of desire to amend or terminate may be given, in writing, by either Party to the other Party not less than sixty (60) days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.
