Term of MOU This MOU is effective upon the day and date last signed and executed by the duly authorized representatives of the parties to this MOU and shall remain in full force and effect until the August 1, 2021.
Term of Agreement This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until the tenth (10th) anniversary of Bank Closing; provided, that the provisions of Section 6.3 and 6.4 shall survive the expiration of the term of this Agreement; and provided further, that the receivership of the Failed Bank may be terminated prior to the expiration of the term of this Agreement, and in such event, the guaranty of the Corporation, as provided in and in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.7 shall be in effect for the remainder of the term of this Agreement. Expiration of the term of this Agreement shall not affect any claim or liability of any party with respect to any (i) amount which is owing at the time of such expiration, regardless of when such amount becomes payable, and (ii) breach of this Agreement occurring prior to such expiration, regardless of when such breach is discovered.
Term of Use Registry Operator, through CZDA Provider, will provide each user with access to the zone file for a period of not less than three (3) months. Registry Operator will allow users to renew their Grant of Access.
TERM OF MASTER CONTRACT The term of this Master Contract shall be from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 (Title 5 California Code of Regulations section 3062(a)). Neither the CONTRACTOR nor the LEA is required to renew this Master Contract in subsequent contract years. The parties acknowledge that any subsequent Master Contract is to be re-negotiated prior to June 30, 2022. If the subsequent Master Contract has not been executed prior to June 30, 2022, this Contract shall remain in force and effect until terminated as provided herein or a new Master Contract is executed.
Term of Agreement and Renewals The Agreement with TIPS is for approximately three (3) years with an option for renewal for an additional one
Term of License The license granted to the Engineer by this article shall terminate at the end of the term specified in Article 2 of this contract.
Term of Appointment 2.1 The Appointment shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue, subject to the remaining terms of this agreement, until terminated by either party giving the other not less than three months’ prior notice in writing.
