  • Terms and Reopening Negotiations This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to P.E.L.R.A. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations for the next Agreement more than 90 days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

  • Terms and Requirements The Union and the Employer agree that it is in the best interest of all parties to resolve disputes at the earliest opportunity and at the lowest level. The Union and the Employer encourage problem resolution between employees and management and are committed to assisting in resolution of disputes as soon as possible. In the event a dispute is not resolved in an informal manner, this Article provides a formal process for problem resolution.

  • Term and Reopening Negotiations This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024, and thereafter pursuant to PELRA. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, 2024, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2024. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

This includes parking lots, service counters and spaces, transportation (shuttles, etc.), agendas, flyers, emails, online services, phone calls, meetings, celebrations, classes, recreational activities and more. The guidance in this document is primarily intended to help you provide accessible programs by providing you with the tools to: ▪ survey facilities and identify common architectural barriers for people with disabilities; ▪ identify common ADA compliance problems in your communications and activities; and ▪ remove barriers and fix common ADA compliance problems in these areas. ADA Technical Assistance Materials ADA Update Your programs can be broken into three main categories, (Communications, Facilities, and Activities) which will be covered in more detail below.

  • Mutual Terms and Conditions 1. This Agreement will last for five (5) years from the date of the final signature below.   • Agreement Terms and Conditions 2.01 This Agreement is for a space in the JCU housing system, and covers the entire academic year (both Fall and Spring semesters), or any portion of the academic year remaining at the time this Agreement is signed. Residence in JCU residence halls requires participation in JCU’s residential dining program. The Student will be assessed all fees for the agreement term if the Student enrolls but does not occupy the assigned space and does not have approval of this Agreement cancelled in writing pursuant to 14.04.

  • Amendment of Terms and Conditions 39.1 We may, by notice in writing, supplement, vary and/or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time and such supplement, variation and/or modification shall take effect from the date specified by us in the notice (which shall be binding upon receipt or deemed receipt by you).
