Test Accounts. Where applicable, Company shall provide, maintain and make available to Nextel during the Term at no cost to Nextel five (5) accounts of the then most current version of each Digital Item for use by Nextel or an Affiliate of nextel to test the Digital Item, which test accounts shall operate and access the Digital Item in the same manner as an active account for a Nextel User. Nextel agrees that Nextel and any Affiliate of Nextel shall use these accounts solely for the purpose of testing.
Test Accounts. Trade Partner agrees to convert six (6) to twenty (20) of their PG&E customer accounts for the purpose of this test. Trade Partner understands and agrees that this conversion could necessitate the removal of these accounts from other optional billing or payment programs offered by PG&E.
Test Accounts. Client will, upon Synacor’s request, supply test accounts to enable Synacor to effectively test (in test, if available, and production environments) all software releases related to the Cloud ID Services. The number of test accounts provided and the specific attributes of these accounts will be determined by the parties in their reasonable discretion by the overall functionality that must be tested, provided however that Client understands and agrees that if the test accounts are required by a Programmer, the integration of such Programmer may not be possible without the test accounts. These accounts are to be maintained by Client throughout the Term for the testing of regular software releases and monitoring of the product functionality in the live environment. As account profiles change and functionality is added, Client will provide additional test accounts or modify existing test accounts as reasonably requested by Synacor. Client understands and agrees that without the test accounts, Synacor is not able to properly test and monitor the proper functioning of the software underlying the Cloud ID Services and Client’s specific implementation thereof.
Test Accounts. Company will provide, maintain and make available to Sprint during the Term, at no cost to Sprint, five (5) accounts of the then-most current version of the Application for use by Sprint to test the Application(s), which test accounts will operate and access the Application(s) in the same manner as an active account for a Sprint User.
Test Accounts. Subject to Customer’s compliance with all terms and conditions of the Agreement (including payment of all applicable f ees), AVEVA grants to Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited right to access and use the Test Account, and all applications subscribed within, solely for non- production use for its internal business purposes. However, if Customer uses a Test Account for production purposes, AVEVA reserves the right to charge such Customer f ees for the applicable Product. Customer shall not make the Test Account, or any applications subscribed within the Test Account, accessible or available for use by any other individual or entity unless expressly permitted by AVEVA. Customer is liable for (a) all acts or omissions (including non-compliance with terms of the Agreement) of Users, Affiliates, Permitted Third Parties, and (b) access to the Test Account by any other individuals or entities.
Test Accounts. AT&T shall provide iMALL with 2 test accounts for the purpose of testing Integrated iMALL Products in conjunction with the Service iMALL shall be responsible for all local, long distance or 800 facility access charges to reach the Service, and any additional access charges or taxes that may be imposed on Members or on the Service.
Test Accounts. SBCLD will provide PB a list of the test accounts prior to submitting any billing to PB.
Test Accounts. VS may use employees and/or contractors to perform tests (“Program Tests”) of the functionality of Accounts utilizing live credit card accounts and/or credit card plastics (“Test Accounts”) issued by Bank, in which case Bank will provide a list of specific transactions (“Scripts”) for them to perform for certification purposes in connection with the Program Test and in accordance with Bank’s instructions. VS may not use Test Accounts for any purpose other than in accordance with the Program Test(s). Bank may require VS to cease use of Test Accounts in the event VS does not comply with Scripts and/or Bank’s instructions. If Bank supplies a Credit Card plastic for testing swipe functionality, VS must return such plastic immediately following successful certification. In addition: (i) VS must complete tests in a test environment; (ii) Bank will not establish credit lines on the Test Accounts; (iii) purchases made using test Accounts shall not be considered actual Purchases; and (iv) Bank authorizations shall only be in a test scenario and shall not grant actual purchase authorization on a Test Account. Transactions sent to Bank for processing from Test Environment shall be promptly reversed by VS and Bank shall not settle with transactions on Test Accounts.
Test Accounts. Monster may provide iHispano with access to the Monster Web Site resume database from time to time, similar to the license access provided to Monster employer customers. iHispano agrees that (A) such access is for iHispano employees only and that it shall not provide its login credentials to any Third Party, (B) it shall use such test account resume access and resumes and other content from the Monster Web Site solely for the purpose of furthering the cooperation between Monster and iHispano hereunder and (C) it shall not, directly or indirectly, distribute any content from the Monster Web Site to any Third Party. iHispano shall be responsible for any and all improper use of its login credentials. iHispano further agrees that its use of the test accounts shall be subject to the general terms and conditions applicable to the Monster Web Site, accessible through the link “Terms of Use”. Monster may terminate such accounts at any time. iHispano shall not use information obtained from the Monster Web Site resume database to send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited faxes. iHispano shall not use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Monster Web Site resume database except for generally available third party web browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari). iHispano shall not decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Monster Web Site.
Test Accounts. All test or development User IDs and passwords must be removed prior to implementation into the production environment.
