The Infrastructure. 7.2.1 UNITED will install Infrastructure (to be owned, operated and maintained by UNITED) as required to provide Electric Service to each section and/or Customer meter location within the Site. The distribution facilities will be designed and constructed to allow for the best availability of service on each lot within the development, and in such a manner as to provide a high level of reliability and service quality for the end user.
