METER LOCATION. The gas meter shall be placed on the Consumer’s property at a point which the Co-op shall have the sole right to determine. The Consumer may designate his choice of location prior to construction and so notify the Co-op and the Co-op may comply with the Consumer’s wishes if in the opinion of the Co-op the location is suitable and practical for technical and safety reasons.
METER LOCATION. The dedicated sub-meter must be installed in a mutually agreeable location, preferably on the exterior of the home near the existing primary house meter. In the event the Member and the Cooperative cannot agree to a location, the Cooperative shall have the final approval for the sub-meter’s location. The sub-meter base must be wired according to the Cooperative’s requirements concerning meters and in compliance with the National Electric Code and local or Ohio Electric Code requirements. The sub-meter is the Cooperative’s standard residential AMI meter used in residential metering applications. The sub-meter will be installed once the 240V circuit is installed and has passed all necessary inspections. If two or more Level 2 EV charging stations are located at the residence, they must be wired into the same dedicated EV sub-meter. No other connections can be made into the sub-meter without prior written approval from the Cooperative. Any attempt to tamper with the sub-meter, will be considered a breach of the agreement and could result in the loss of all Program benefits and the obligation to reimburse the Cooperative for any damages or losses caused by such action. Program participation is limited and the Rebate payment is not guaranteed. The Member must timely comply with the Cooperative’s application process in order to enroll in the Program and receive the Rebate payment. The Rebate will be awarded at the Cooperative’s discretion to qualifying Members upon compliance with the terms of this Program, and on a first come, first served basis. The Program may be modified without prior notice and may be terminated when the Cooperative determines the Program goals are met or funds are exhausted.

METER LOCATION. The equipment used for metering the power and energy delivered to NAPOCOR shall be located at the high voltage side of the step-up transformer.
METER LOCATION. The metering location shall be located outside in a non-corrosive environment that is accessible to the District for meter reading, disconnects, maintenance, and emergency response. The meter(s) shall be plumb and securely fastened on a permanent structure (vibration free) that is owned and maintained by the Customer or on a District supplied meter pole or padmount transformer. If the meter is mounted on a pedestal or post it shall be located facing the road or access. (see Chapter 8 - Figures 10, 11.) Gang meters shall be mounted in a location and manner that meets the District’s specifications. Due to the variety of circumstances and materials, meter locations and installation shall be pre-approved at the time the service is being designed.
METER LOCATION. Unless otherwise agreed, electric capacity and energy received by Company from Seller will be measured by meters installed and maintained by Company at the Point(s) of Interconnection. When measurement is made at any location other than the Point(s) of Interconnection, suitable adjustment for losses between the point of measurement and the Point(s) of Interconnection will be agreed upon in writing between the Parties hereto and will be applied to all measurements so made. Metered receipts used in energy accounting and applicable billing hereunder will in all cases include adjustment for such losses. Company meters will be positioned at a location to properly account for net Facility output.
