Time for Submission Except as specified below, any claim by Contractor for a change in the Contract Time or the Material Completion and Occupancy Date shall be made within fourteen days of the day on which the Contractor becomes aware of the event on which the claim is based or, if the Contract Documents specify a shorter or longer period with respect to such event, within the period specified by the Contract Documents.
Deadline for Submission of Bids 19.1 Bids must be received by the Purchaser at the address specified under ITB Clause 18.2 no later than the time and date specified in the Bid Data Sheet. 19.2 The Purchaser may, at its discretion, extend this deadline for the submission of bids by amending the bidding documents in accordance with ITB Clause 7, in which case all rights and obligations of the Purchaser and bidders previously subject to the deadline will thereafter be subject to the deadline as extended.

Form and substance of requests for assistance 1. Requests pursuant to this Protocol shall be made in writing. Time Off for Selection Procedures A regular, limited-term or probationary employee shall be entitled to necessary time off with pay to participate in tests of fitness, examinations and interviews required by the Chief Human Resources Officer during working hours for the purpose of determining eligibility for movement to another class in the County service or transfer from one agency/department to another.
Procedure for Benefits Modifications 1. Proposals for major retirement benefit modifications will be negotiated in joint meetings with the certified employee organizations whose memberships will be directly affected. Agreements reached between Management and organizations whereby a majority of the members in LACERS are affected shall be recommended to the City Council by the CAO as affecting the membership of all employees in LACERS. Such modifications need not be included in the MOU in order to be considered appropriately negotiated.
PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS All calculations required by this Article VI, including but not limited to: (i) the calculation of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount; (ii) the determination of both the Annual Limit and the Aggregate Limit; (iii) the effect, if any, of the Aggregate Limit upon the actual amount of Supplemental Payments eligible to be paid to the District by the Applicant; and (iv) the carry forward and accumulation of any of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amounts unpaid by the Applicant due to the Aggregate Limit in previous years, shall be calculated by the Third Party selected pursuant to Section 4.3.
Solicitations for Subcontracts Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment: In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Engineer for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Engineer of the Engineer’s obligations under this contract and the Acts and Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
