Third Party Requests for Member Information. The District shall notify the Association president and the impacted unit member(s) of any third-party request for unit members' contact information within two days of receipt of the request. This includes, but is not limited to, California Public Records Acts requests for unit member disciplinary, evaluative, or other personnel-record information. The District will not release the request for seven duty days so that the Association and impacted unit member(s) have a reasonable opportunity to object to the disclosure of the requested information and/or raise potential concerns before the employer responds to the requester and publicizes the information.
