Unit Member Information. By October 15th of each year, the District will provide the Association with all unit member information (name, job title, department, addresses and listed work, home and personal telephone cell numbers, personal email if on file and home address) of all bargaining unit personnel. Such list will only be used for District and Association business.

Unit Member Information. The District shall provide the Chapter President and CSEA Labor Relations Representative notice of any newly hired employee, within ten (10) days of hire, via electronic mail. The notice shall include: full legal name, date of hire, classification and worksite. The District shall provide CSEA with the following contact information electronically, via a mutually agreeable secure method. The District shall provide this information for all bargaining unit members on or before the last working day of September, January, and May. For new employees, the District shall provide CSEA with the information on the new unit members on or before the last workday of the month of hire. In the event no one is hired on any particular month, the District shall send an e-mail to CSEA confirming they did not hire any new staff that month.
