Time Off Between Shifts/All Employees. Unless otherwise mutually agreed to between the employee concerned and the Company, all employees in the bargaining unit must have a minimum of eight (8) hours off from the time they finish working one (1) shift until the time they commence working their next shift. It is understood and agreed that said minimum eight (8) hours off between shifts must occur even when overtime is worked.
Time Off Between Shifts/All Employees. The Hospital will schedule a minimum of twelve (12) hours off between regularly scheduled shifts unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Hospital and the employee.
