Common use of Time Off in Lieu Clause in Contracts

Time Off in Lieu. Where the employee and the employer agree, time off in lieu of payment for overtime may be allowed proportionate to the payment to which she/he is entitled. Such time off shall be taken at a time or times agreed between the employer and employee.

Time Off in Lieu.
