Time Off in Lieu. An employee may elect, subject to the approval of the Employer, to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime at a time or times agreed with the Employer. Overtime taken as time off during ordinary time hours will be taken at the ordinary time rate that is an hour for each hour worked. In the event that an employee’s employment is terminated prior to the time off in lieu being accessed such payment will be at ordinary time rate. Overtime will be paid in actual minutes worked.
