Common use of Time Off in Lieu Clause in Contracts

Time Off in Lieu. (a) Subject to mutual agreement between the employer and an employee, employees may be granted time off in lieu of overtime payments in accordance with the following; i. the Employee will receive an amount of time off equivalent to the amount of overtime worked hour for hour; and ii. the time off must be taken at a time agreed between Xxxxxx Xxxxx Health Service and the relevant Employee.
