TIME TICKETS. 16.01 Time tickets and pay slips will not be left on benches; they will be handed to each employee or put in his/her tool box the following working day. 16.02 Debit notations will be attached to the work order within thirty (30) days in the case of customer pay and within forty five (45) days of job completion. Prior to any debit being deducted an explanation will be furnished by Service Management or a person of equal or higher authority. 16.03 All work orders will normally be distributed through the Control Tower. Exceptions may be made for quick lubes or work assigned by Service Management.
TIME TICKETS. Contractor shall provide time tickets signed by the PABC's representative at the completion of each regular examination or repair which must include date, equipment identification, time of arrival, time of departure, nature of visit, action taken, and name of qualified serviceman. A copy of ticket shall be left with the PABC's representative at the site. Contractor agrees that this ticket is provided for the sole convenience of the PABC. PABC's representative does not undertake to approve or to certify as to the correctness, adequacy or performance of any work. Ticket only provides proof of Contractor's physical presence at the site at the time the PABC's representative signs the ticket.
