Timing and Planning. All work will be coordinated by the Employer. Working times can be subject to change, the Employer will inform The Contractor well in advance. Timing and Planning. The Contractor submits proposed NEP schedule changes in a software format, compatible with that already in use at the Employer's offices Training Technology (TTY). The Contractor submits revised programmes to the Employer for acceptance at the intervals mutually agreed between the Contractor and the Employer's Agent at the project kick-off meeting, which is held 1 (one) week after the Contract Date. Every scheduled programme has a new revision number.
Timing and Planning. All work will be coordinated by an Eskom Supervisor dedicated to the Rigging section. It may be required that overtime be worked, this will be communicated to the Contractor by the Project Manager as applicable. Monday – Thursday: Monday – Sunday: 07h30 – 16h35 07h00 – 19h00 (day shift) 07h30 – 13h30 (no lunch break) Minimum rest period of 36 hours every two weeks. 07h30 – 12h00 (no lunch break) It may be required that shifts be worked and this will be communicated by the Project Manager as applicable. Three weeks prior to start of an Outage, the contractor must submit a list of new staff that will be used for the execution of work during the Outage. The Contractor must provide personnel details timeously. Timesheets are required to address overtime requested as the monthly service fee includes the normal hours worked of the base team. Timesheets are to accompany the Assessment of individual task orders for specific project not addressed in the monthly fee for Outage and online. The Contractor is to make copies of the originals immediately, after the Service Manager has authorized, and give the original to the Project Manager.
