Timings. 3.1. Breakfast is served between 8.00am and 9.00am the following morning.
3.2. Check-in is from 3.30pm. Guests arriving before the check-in time may leave any luggage in the reception area, but this will be entirely at their own risk. If you are staying at the venue for an event or wedding ceremony that starts prior to the check-in time we advise that you arrive dressed accordingly to avoid any problems or disappointment.
3.3. If we do not have guests the night before an earlier check in may be possible but must be confirmed in advance.
3.4. Check-out the following morning is by 10.00am. You agreed to pay a late check-out fee of £75 per room per hour or partthereof.
Timings. 4.9.1 The event runs from 5pm – 10pm on Friday 15th November 2024. Stallholders are permitted and expected to trade strictly within these hours.
4.9.2 Stallholders may only bump in and bump out within the designated timeframes as outlined within their Stallholder Pack, and in accordance with the instructions given within their Stallholder Pack and at the mandatory pre-event briefing (4.8).
Timings. Members will initially be invoiced upon take-up of the FPH revalidation service. You will be invoiced annually in January thereafter for the upcoming revalidation and appraisal year (which runs April to March), and the annual fee for the upcoming year must be paid by 1 April each year. If an appraisee has not paid the revalidation service fee in full, their appraisal meeting will not take place and an administration fee may be charged for late payment. In special circumstances you can pay by instalments, but this needs to be discussed and agreed with the Faculty. It is your responsibility, as an appraisee, to inform FPH of any changes to your circumstances such as a change of designated body or relinquishing of GMC licence to practice.
Timings. Please ensure your child is dropped off on time so that they do not miss any part of their session. Refunds will not be issued for any missed sessions or part thereof. Likewise, please ensure your child is collected on time. Additional charges may be made for late collections.
Timings. Provided a signed copy of this contract is returned by DD/MM/YYYY, Zodiac Media will expect to start work on your project on DD/MM/YYYY.
Timings. Your first session will last 1 hour, with subsequent sessions running for 50 mins. The 10 minute gap between the end of your session and the next session (on the hour) is for a couple of reasons: Some sessions can be challenging and this 10 min period ensures that the therapist has time to make sure the client is ok and feels ready to end the session and continue with their day Similarly, sessions can sometimes be emotionally taxing for a therapist. This time gives your therapist the opportunity to have a drink, a comfort break, reset and write any notes that might be required. Lastly, confidentiality is key. For face-to-face sessions, this time allows clients to arrive and leave without passing one another.
Timings a. You will select the hours you wish to teach within the available time/day range options that are provided to you by Lido Learning upon joining.
b. Your final timings will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and communicated and confirmed over email.
Timings. The Pygmalion Private Dining Room is available for breakfast from 08.00 (access for contacts from 07.00) to 10.30, lunch from 12.00 (access for contacts from 11.30) to 17.00 and for dinner from 18.30 (access for contacts from 18.00) to 00.00. Please note your event times outlined above. Earlier or later access may be possible, but this subject to our discretion and prior agreement.
Timings. There are no check-‐in and checkout times. But please inform us of the time of your arrival and departure so we can arrange to give and collect the apartment keys.
