Safeguards for Personal Information Supplier agrees to develop, implement, maintain, and use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, as deemed appropriate by DXC, to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of, and to prevent intentional or unintentional non-permitted or violating use or disclosure of, and to protect against unauthorized access to or accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or alteration of, the Personal Information Processed, created for or received from or on behalf of DXC in connection with the Services, functions or transactions to be provided under or contemplated by this Agreement. Such safeguards shall meet all applicable legal standards (including any encryption requirements imposed by law) and shall meet or exceed accepted security standards in the industry, such as ISO 27001/27002. Supplier agrees to document and keep these safeguards current and shall make the documentation available to DXC upon request. Supplier shall ensure that only Supplier’s employees or representatives who may be required to assist Supplier in meeting its obligations under this Agreement shall have access to the Personal Information.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 17.1 We collect certain information about the purchaser and the users of the Card in order to operate the Card programme. IDT Financial Services Limited is the data controllers of Your personal data, and will manage and protect Your personal data in accordance with applicable law.IDT Financial Services Limited receives card services from First Data Slovakia s.r.o., which acts as a data processor for IDT Financial Services Limited. 17.2 We may transfer Your personal data outside the EEA to Our commercial partners where necessary to provide Our services to You, such as customer service, account administration, financial reconciliation, or where the transfer is necessary as a result of Your request, such as the processing of any international transaction. When We transfer personal data outside the EEA, We will take steps to ensure that Your personal data is afforded substantially similar protection as personal data processed within the EEA. Please be aware that not all countries have laws to protect personal data in a manner equivalent to that of the EEA. Your use of Our products and services will indicate to Us that You agree to the transfer of Your personal data outside the EEA. If You withdraw Your consent to the processing of Your personal data or its transfer outside the EEA, which You can do by using the contact details in clause 15, We will not be able to provide Our services to You. Therefore, such withdrawal of consent will be deemed to be a termination of the Agreement. 17.3 Unless You have provided Your explicit permission, Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes by Us or Our commercial partners (unless You have independently provided Your consent to them directly), nor will it be shared with third parties unconnected with the Card scheme. 17.4 You have the right to request details of the personal information that is held about You, and You may receive this by writing to our Customer Service Center. 17.5 Please refer to the Privacy Policy of IDT Financial Services Limited xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/privacypolicy.pdf for full details, which You accept by accepting the Agreement.
Customer and Trade Relations As of the Closing Date, there exists no actual or, to the knowledge of any Credit Party, threatened termination or cancellation of, or any material adverse modification or change in: the business relationship of any Credit Party with any customer or group of customers whose purchases during the preceding 12 months caused them to be ranked among the ten largest customers of such Credit Party; or the business relationship of any Credit Party with any supplier material to its operations.
PERSONAL AND ACADEMIC FREEDOM A. The personal life of a teacher shall be the concern of and warrant the review and appropriate action of the Board only: 1. As it may prevent the teacher from performing his/her assigned functions during school duty hours; 2. As it may be in violation of local, state, national, or common law. B. Each teacher will be entitled to full rights of citizenship, and no religious or political activities of any such teacher or the lack thereof will be grounds for any discipline or discrimination with respect to the professional employment of such person provided they do not affect his/her classroom performance. C. The Board and the Association agree that academic freedom is essential to the fulfillment of the purposes of the Xxxxxx County School System, and they acknowledge the fundamental need to protect teachers from any censorship or restraint which might interfere with their obligation to pursue the truth in the performance of their teaching functions. They agree that subject to curriculum guidelines and appropriate supervision by the teacher’s evaluator, the responsibility for teaching all appropriate material rests with the teacher. D. No student’s grade shall be changed without a conference between the student’s teacher and the administrator. After the conference, the teacher will be notified, in writing, of the administrator’s decision. In the event the student’s teacher is not available for a conference, the administrator will notify the teacher in writing of any changes in a grade.
Personal Grievances A personal grievance is a particular type of employment relationship problem that normally must be raised with the employer within 90 days of the grievance arising. An employee may have a personal grievance where: • They have been dismissed without good reason, or the dismissal was not carried out properly. • They have been treated unfairly. • Their employment or a condition of their employment has been affected to their disadvantage by an unjustified action of their employer. • They have experienced sexual or racial harassment, or have been discriminated against because of their involvement in a union or other employee organisation, or have suffered duress over membership or non-membership of a union or other employee organisation. • They have been discriminated against in terms of the prohibited grounds of discrimination under the Human Rights Act 1993.
Notices to Parties All notices, requests, directions, consents, waivers or other communications to or from the parties must be in writing and will be considered received by the recipient: (i) for overnight mail, on delivery or, for registered first class mail, postage prepaid, three days after deposit in the mail properly addressed to the recipient; (ii) for a fax, when receipt is confirmed by telephone, reply email or reply fax from the recipient; (iii) for an email, when receipt is confirmed by telephone or reply email from the recipient; and (iv) for an electronic posting to a password-protected website to which the recipient has access, on delivery of an email (without the requirement of confirmation of receipt) stating that the electronic posting has been made.
Services and Information for Persons with Limited English Proficiency A. Grantee shall take reasonable steps to provide services and information both orally and in writing, in appropriate languages other than English, to ensure that persons with limited English proficiency are effectively informed and can have meaningful access to programs, benefits and activities. Grantee shall identify and document on the client records the primary language/dialect of a client who has limited English proficiency and the need for translation or interpretation services and shall not require a client to provide or pay for the services of a translator or interpreter. Grantee shall make every effort to avoid use of any persons under the age of 18 or any family member or friend of the client as an interpreter for essential communications with a client with limited English proficiency, unless the client has requested that person and using the person would not compromise the effectiveness of services or violate the client’s confidentiality and the client is advised that a free interpreter is available.

Carrying out of: (a) a feasibility study aimed at assessing, costing and testing the options to maximize benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater produced from the Greater Tunis area and transferred to rural areas; and (b) an assessment of degraded lands susceptible to being improved through the use of treated wastewater for agricultural purposes, and for adapting and mitigating the impact of climate change. 2. Development of pilot schemes to demonstrate the value and benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater to preserve and intensify agricultural production systems on degraded lands. Part C: Institutional Strengthening and Sensitization to Environmental Issues and IPA Methodology 1. Strengthening the capacity of institutions involved in implementation of the Project at the national, regional and local levels including RCADs and ADGs through the provision of logistical support, technical advisory services and adequate training programs. 2. Strengthening the CCU’s capacity to manage the Project efficiently including ensuring adequate monitoring and evaluation, and compliance with all safeguard measures related to implementation of the environment and social protection framework. 3. Development and execution of a communication and sensitization action plan aimed at raising awareness on environmental themes and IPA methodology.

Clients in this context, clients are people who are dependent upon the caring skills and services of the local authority, for example, the elderly, mentally infirm, those with mental or physical impairments. Clients in this context also include those whose needs are identified and catered for in settings such as schools and nurseries, that is, young children and school pupils dependent on the organisation for their educational and developmental welfare. Clients exclude internal authority customers (as in client departments) or external customers (for example, members of the public with planning applications), because neither are dependent on the local authority for their care and welfare. The exceptional needs of clients refer to those which are exceptionally demanding, not to those which are out of the ordinary.
