Tool/Boot/Clothing Allowance. The Employer will pay an annual allowance for safety footwear, workwear/clothing, and tools to all employees in two (2) lump sum payments. The annual allowance shall be five hundred ($500) dollars paid out in lump sums of two hundred fifty ($250) dollars. The first lump sum shall be paid out in the first pay period each January. The second lump sum shall be paid out in the first pay period each July.

Tool/Boot/Clothing Allowance. The Employer will pay an annual allowance for safety footwear, workwear/clothing, and tools to all employees in two (2) lump sum payments. The employee must be actively employed with the Employer and have all the items listed in Schedule “B” to receive these payments. For clarity the employee will not receive payment until the employee can demonstrate they have all the items in Schedule “B”.
