Top|Card. 5.6.1. For the purposes of the present chapter, the terms shall have the following meanings: 5.6.1.1. Top|Card – Mastercard World Debit type bank card issued by the bank to the client on the basis of the present agreement to which multi-currency account (GEL, USD, EURO) (only with the right of the debit balance existence) and installment limit account are linked. If requested by the client and agreed by the bank, additional single currency (GEL) account can be added to the Top|Card and the limit of installment can be activated;

Top|Card. 5.6.1. terms provided herein shall have the following meanings: 5.6.1.1. top|card – Mastercard World Debit type of bank card issued to the client by the Bank on the basis of the present agreement, to which the multi-currency account (GEL, USD, Euro) is linked only with validated account receivable. In case of request of the client and consent of the Bank, it is possible to link additionally single-currency account (GEL) to the top|card and allow the limit of installments; 5.6.1.2. limit of installments - the amount of credit which is preliminarily approved by the Bank to the top|card holder and in the limits of which the client can purchase or pay the service cost at the network of partner objects and the client is obliged to cover the created arrear under the terms and conditions envisaged by the agreement. Any other use of the limit of installations (cash withdrawal, transfer, deposit etc.) is not permitted. The currency of the installment limit is GEL. The Limit of installments is renewable meaning that during the effective term of the limit of installments, the client is entitled to use and cover the limit of installments for multiple times, consistent with the terms established by the agreement. 5.6.1.3. partner object - entity exercising commercial activities, which has a contractual relations with the Bank and the client has the opportunity to purchase product/service offered by such object by means of the top|card (within the limits of installments). The client may obtain information on partner objects at the web page of the Bank and at the internet bank. 5.6.1.4. non-partner object – all entities exercising commercial activities, other than partner objects outlined in clause 5.6.1.3. of the present agreement. 5.6.1.5. cash-back - portion of the amount paid by the client with the top|card returned to the client by the Bank. 5.6.2. provisions determined by the present agreement, among them provisions envisaged by the card servicing regulations are fully applicable to the top|card, taking into consideration the terms provided in the present chapter. 5.6.3. in case of approving the limit of installments at the top|card, an individual agreement is entered between the Bank and the client regarding the use of the limit of installments of the top|card, which shall be the inseparable part of the present agreement and shall determine rules and conditions of use of the limit of installments. 5.6.4. top|card may be nameless (non-personified) card as well as t...

Top|Card. The date of the injury or the start of the illness is used to calculate the refund. For family subscriptions, the reduction in relation to individual prices is calculated first. The resulting discount is deducted before calculating the refund. The following refund is then granted from this amount: • 80% until the end of October • 70% until the end of November • 60% until the end of December • 45% until the end of January • 30% until the end of February • no refund from 1 March When the refund is taken, the subscription/ticket automatically lapses; a partial refund for the TOPCARD is not possible.   • Motorola s sole obligation to Licensee and Licensee’s exclusive remedy under this warranty is to use reasonable efforts to remedy any material Software defect covered by this warranty. These efforts will involve either replacing the media or attempting to correct significant, demonstrable program or documentation errors or Security Vulnerabilities. If Motorola cannot correct the defect within a reasonable time, then at Motorola’s option, Motorola will replace the defective Software with functionally-equivalent Software, license to Licensee substitute Software which will accomplish the same objective, or terminate the license and refund the Licensee’s paid license fee.

  • The Card (a) The Card shall be used by the Cardholder and any additional Card shall be used by the Authorized Cardholder exclusively and always within the limits of the balance available in the Card Account and/or the credit limit approved by the Bank and notified to the Cardholder and/or the holder of the Card Account from time to time in a manner the Bank deems appropriate, subject to the provisions of paragraph 15. It is understood that the initial limit will be notified to the Cardholder upon delivery of the Card. In case the Cardholder wishes to have a lower limit or a higher limit he should notify the Bank accordingly. (b) The Cardholder and, where applicable, the Authorized Cardholder is not entitled to use the Card or the additional Card, respectively, in excess of the limit which is mentioned above. If, however, for any reason the Cardholder and/or the Authorized Cardholder exceeds such limits, the Cardholder and/or the holder of the Card Account and/or the Authorized Cardholder undertakes to settle the unauthorized overdraft plus interest and/or any other charges, immediately upon the Bank's request, subject to the provisions of any applicable law and in accordance with the operating terms of the abovementioned Card Account and the Cards Terms and Conditions. (c) The Card is the property of the Bank. The Cardholder must return his Card and any additional Card to the Bank on demand. The Bank may from time to time issue new Cards of a type different to the one the Cardholder applied for, in parallel and/or to replace the existing ones. The signature of the application form and of this Agreement for the issuance of a Card shall be deemed as an application of the Cardholder for the issuance of any new Cards to the Cardholder and the Authorized Cardholder, where applicable, as explained above. If the type of Card changes, the number of the Card and, where applicable, the number of the Card Account may also change. If the Cardholder and/or the holder of the Card Account does not agree with such change, the Agreement may be terminated according to paragraph 11 below, without any charge. (d) The Cardholder and/or the Authorized Cardholder should use the Card and/or the additional Card, respectively, only during the validity period shown on it. (e) Unless otherwise provided in these Cards Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder and/or the holder of the Card Account are liable to the Bank for all Transactions that incur from the use of the Card and irrevocably authorize the Bank to settle all Transactions by debiting the Card Account. Where applicable, and in accordance to any applicable law, the Authorized Cardholder may also be liable for his acts and omissions. (f) In the context of offering a better quality of service to the Bank’s customers, the Contactless Payments service is provided, in order to render Transactions faster and easier. During the use of this service, the Card does not come into direct contact with the terminal. For Transactions below a certain amount, which remains in restricted levels for security purposes, there is no need to enter a PIN or signature. (g) The Card must not be used to obtain goods, tickets or services for resale in the course of a business or return for cash. (h) When using the Card, the Cardholder and the Authorized Cardholder must comply with all applicable laws. (i) The Card must not be used for illegal purposes.
