Four-person scramble includes 18 holes, cart, lunch and prizes. 7:00 am registration and 8:30 shotgun start. • Individual $115 • Team (4 players) $460 • Hole sponsorship $600 ($750 if you want a team to play) includes hole signage and organization/company name listed as sponsor in conference program. • Please list names of golf attendees with online registration. Tournament. You agree to volunteer, when and where needed depending on your availability, at the ISC Gunners WPSL Golf Tournament Fundraiser which will be held on Friday, September 24th, 2021 at Mt. Si Golf Course from 7am – 2pm.

Tournament. Players eligible to apply to enter the Tournament shall be those prescribed in the PGA TOUR Tournament Regulations.

Tournament. 5.1. The Players may be allowed to participate in the Tournaments within the DinoWars Game in consideration for some Tournament fee. 5.2. The rate of the Tournament fee is provided on the Website and(or) within the App. The Company can at any time amend the Tournament fee rate without prior notice or approval from the Players. The amendment should be effective for all future participants of the relevant Tournament from the moment of publication of the updated Tournament fee rate on the Website. 5.3. The Players transfer the Tournament fee to the Tournament pool in the In-Game Tokens. The Players should remember that the Tournament fee is non-refundable. The Company should bear no liability if the Players mistakenly transfer the Tournament fee. 5.4. The Players should remember that Tournament is not a game of chance, and their winning depends on their skill. The Company has no gambling license and does not have plans to obtain a gambling license in the future. The Players should check if laws and regulations on their residence and citizenship require the Company to have specific permits and approvals to organize the Tournament. Should such laws and regulations require specific licenses and approvals, the Player should not participate in the Tournament. 5.5. The Tournament pool is distributed according to the terms of the specific Tournament held by the Company within the DinoWars Game. If the Players did not receive their part of the Tournament pool and believe there is some mistake within the DinoWars Game system, such Players should contact the Company support team for clarifications as soon as practically possible. The Company should bear no liability if the cause of the problem with the Tournament pool distribution is out of the Company’s control.

Tournament. The Tenant shall choose to operate the Bar during other special events such as shows and tournaments taking place at the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Sports Complex with the approval of the Director of Recreation and Tourism.

Tournament. The Organiser does not have the right to make substantial changes to or cancel or postpone the Tournament without the Sponsor’s consent. If the Organiser changes the Tournament to a substantial extent or cancels or postpones it without the Sponsor’s prior consent, it is deemed a fundamental breach of the Agreement, which entitles the Sponsor to withdraw from the Agreement. The Organiser carries out the Marketing Activities as set out in Annex 1. The Organiser ensures that the Marketing Activities as well as advertising materials and information used for the purposes of the Marketing Activities are in compliance with the applicable laws. The Organiser may refrain from carrying out of Marketing Activities that may not be in compliance with applicable laws. The Organiser’s authorised representative(s) must be available to and cooperate with the Sponsor in preparations for the Tournament. The Sponsor is not required to advertise or promote the Tournament, but the Sponsor may do so at its own discretion. The Sponsor has the right to take part in the [opening/award] ceremony of the Tournament. Subject to the approval of the owner of the venue of the Tournament and at the request of the Sponsor, the Organiser: enables the Sponsor to hold receptions in connection with the Tournament for the purpose of entertaining clients, retailers, Tournament winners, Tournament participants, etc. at the venue. At the request of the Sponsor, the Organiser is required to participate in these receptions; and makes every reasonable effort to provide the Sponsor with venue signage and to enable the Sponsor to sell and distribute its products and/or services at the venue in accordance with the rules of the venue.
