TRADE UNION CONTRIBUTION. The Employee may submit a request to the Employer to have his/her gross wage reduced by the amount of the contribution that is paid by him/her in the relevant calendar year for Employees' organisation membership. The Employer shall use the tax scope in the work cost scheme and shall allocate to the Employee an expense allowance for an identical amount by which the gross wage is reduced, the specifics of which shall be in accordance with the provisions in the regulations that is included in Annex 6.
TRADE UNION CONTRIBUTION. 1. The employee can pay the trade union contribution for maximum one trade union via Flex benefits in a tax-friendly manner.
2. During the term of the CLA, Aegon pays the trade union membership for FNV Finance or CNV Vakmensen or De Unie for one year for new employees who participate in the on-boarding program and who want to become a member of one of the three trade unions.
3. Aegon will pay the trade union membership fee for FNV Finance, CNV Vakmensen or De Unie for one year for employees who become a member of one of the three trade unions during the “Month of the trade union”.
TRADE UNION CONTRIBUTION. 31.1 The employee is entitled to pay the union contribution in a tax-friendly way out of his gross earnings. The employee presents a proof of payment of the contribution to the employer. The employer shall provide at the request of the employee a fee to pay the costs of his contribution to an employees' association. At the same time, the employer shall lower the gross salary of the employee by the amount of this compensation.
31.2 If the employer applies the tax work costs scheme, this right of the employee lapses. However, if the employer on 1 October of the calendar year or as many later that the employer has received the invoice of the employee's union contribution – taking into account the necessary financial space for the rest of the calendar year – than still have fiscal space, the employee retains the right to tax-friendly set off the union dues.
