Training & Monitoring. (a) The DSWO shall arrange awareness-cum-training programme among the selected WSHG to make them familiar with the quality specification, various stage of paddy procurement operation, P-PAS, maintenance of records, handling of equipment & payment of MSP and functionality of Millers Portal. This training will be organized with the help of District Manager and his staff. (b) The DSWO shall ensure that the WSHGs selected to participate in procurement operation shall make on-line registration of farmers. (c) The DSWO/any Officer Authorized, can verify the records & registers maintained by the WSHG as and when required by him. (d) On intimation of delay in payment of MSP or deviation in mode of payment to farmers due to unavoidable circumstances by any WSHG, the same shall be intimated to the District Manager and the Collector. (e) DSWO will provide assistance to District Manager and his staff in discharging their duties related to paddy procurement through WSHGs. (f) The DSWO will ensure that field functionaries working under his/her jurisdiction make periodical visits/inspections to WSHGs engaged in paddy procurement.

Training & Monitoring ln order to keep profitable relationship with the ‘Merchant Establishment’ Bank Alfalah Limited will provide training to the Merchant Establishment' on 'Card' Acceptance procedure, electronic equipment, and prevention of fraudulent activity, E- Payment Gateway process, QR Code payment process. This will be an ongoing procedure. Bank Alfalah Limited shall also monitor ‘Merchant Establishment' performance on a regular basis.
Training & Monitoring. 7.1 In order to maintain a profitable relationship with the Acceptor, SEL will provide training to the Acceptor staff for using SEL Platform. This shall be an ongoing procedure. 7.2 SEL shall also monitor Acceptor Merchant performance on a regular basis.
Training & Monitoring. All consortium partners are encouraged by the partner responsible for training to report the results of each training activity immediately after they are presented. An excel spreadsheet has been created for this purpose, with drop-down menus providing a pre-determined selection of entrees for type of activity, type of audience etc. to ensure consistency of reporting by each partner. The populated sheets will be collated from all partners every six months and a master record transferred to the private area of the website to enable an overview to be kept. This deliverable summarises the training carried out on the project during its 3 year duration and the tables below give details:

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Compliance Monitoring Grantee must be subject to compliance monitoring during the period of performance in which funds are Expended and up to three years following the closeout of all funds. In order to assure that the program can be adequately monitored, the following is required of Grantee: a. Grantee must maintain a financial tracking system provided by Florida Housing that ensures that CRF funds are Expended in accordance with the requirements in this Agreement. b. Grantee must maintain records on all awards to Eligible Persons or Households. These records must include, but are not limited to: i. Proof of income compliance (documentation from submission month, including but not limited to paystub, Florida unemployment statement, social security and/or disability statement, etc.); ii. Lease; and iii. Documentation of rental assistance payments made.

  • Project Monitoring The Developer shall provide regular status reports to the NYISO in accordance with the monitoring requirements set forth in the Development Schedule, the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process Manual and Attachment Y of the OATT.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Monitoring In each case in which the Foreign Custody Manager maintains Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager, the Foreign Custody Manager shall establish a system to monitor (i) the appropriateness of maintaining the Foreign Assets with such Eligible Foreign Custodian and (ii) the contract governing the custody arrangements established by the Foreign Custody Manager with the Eligible Foreign Custodian. In the event the Foreign Custody Manager determines that the custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian it has selected are no longer appropriate, the Foreign Custody Manager shall notify the Board in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereunder.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Trainings Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.
