Common use of Training Time Clause in Contracts

Training Time. When the Director assigns an Employee (“trainer”) to work twelve (12) hours or more to train a new hire, the trainer will receive one hour pay per twelve (12) hours at their straight time rate in addition to their regular pay. The training manual, training log, and the daily observation report (“DOR”) must both be used by the trainer in order to be eligible for the above additional compensation.
