Transaction Eligibility. Not all transactions with your registered Visa, Visa and American Express card are tracked by Visa, Visa and American Express. You acknowledge that Visa, Visa, and American Express may be unable to monitor every transaction made with your enrolled Visa, Visa, or American Express card, including PIN-based purchases, purchases you initiate through identification technology that substitutes for a PIN, payments made through other payment methods (such as a digital wallet or a third party payment app, where you may choose your Visa, Visa, or American Express card as a funding source but you do not present your card directly to the merchant), payments of existing balances, balance transfers, or transactions that are not processed or submitted through the Visa U.S.A, Visa, and American Express payment systems, and that transactions that cannot be monitored are not eligible.

Transaction Eligibility. Only transactions with participating merchants in the Empyr network are eligible for cash back. Not all transactions with your registered SoFi Bank Debit Card may be tracked by Mastercard. You acknowledge that Mastercard may be unable to track every transaction made with your SoFi Bank Debit Card for the Cash Back Program, including PIN-based purchases, purchases you initiate through identification technology that substitutes for a PIN, payments made through other payment methods (such as a digital wallet or a third-party payment app, where you may choose your SoFi Bank Debit Card as a funding source but you do not present your card directly to the merchant), payments of existing balances, balance transfers, or transactions that are not processed or submitted through the Mastercard, payment systems, and that these transactions are not eligible. There is a $250 cash back limit per transaction.
Transaction Eligibility. You will not receive cash back on cash advances, balance transfers, any cash you receive in connection with a purchase at the point of sale, illegal transactions and certain transactions types involving adult services, court and jail costs and fines, lotteries, gaming and certain drugs and weapons (among other things). We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to exclude categories of transactions from eligibility in the BELLA Surprise Rewards Program without prior notice to you.

  • S-3 Eligibility (i) At the time of filing the Registration Statement and (ii) at the time of the most recent amendment thereto for the purposes of complying with Section 10(a)(3) of the Securities Act (whether such amendment was by post-effective amendment, incorporated report filed pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act or form of prospectus), the Company met the then applicable requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act, including compliance with General Instruction I.B.1 of Form S-3.

  • Registration Eligibility The Company is eligible to register the Registrable Securities for resale by the Buyers using Form S-3 promulgated under the 1933 Act.

  • Member Eligibility Verify Member eligibility contemporaneous with the rendering of services. BCBS will provide systems and/or methods for verification of eligibility and benefit coverage for Members. This is furnished as a service and not as a guarantee of payment;

  • Student Eligibility The LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION shall qualify and advise candidates for dual credit from the pool of eligible high school students. A candidate for dual credit is eligible for consideration for fall, spring, and summer semesters if he or she: a. is enrolled during the fall and spring in a LEA in one-half or more of the minimum course requirements approved by PED for public school students under its jurisdiction or by being in physical attendance at a bureau of Indian education-funded high school at least three documented contact hours per day pursuant to 25 CFR 39.211(c); b. obtains permission from the LEA representative (in consultation with the student’s individualized education program team, as needed), the student’s parent or guardian if the student is under 18 years old, and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representative prior to enrolling in a dual credit course; and c. meets POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION requirements to enroll as a dual credit student.

  • Funding Eligibility Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code, except as exempted under that Chapter, HHSC cannot contract with an abortion provider or an affiliate of an abortion provider. Contractor certifies that it is not ineligible to contract with HHSC under the terms of Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code.

  • Form S-3 Eligibility The Company is eligible to register the resale of the Securities for resale by the Purchaser on Form S-3 promulgated under the Securities Act.
