TRANSFERS/VACANCIES. The following criteria shall be used in consideration of transfers: 1. The needs and efficient operation of the District. 2. The contribution the employee can make in the new position. 3. The qualifications, including the experience and recent training of the staff member compared to those of other candidates, for both the position to be filled and the position to be vacated. 4. The recommendation of the Immediate Supervisor to whom the employee is currently responsible, and the Supervisor where the vacancy exists.
