Transitional Duty and Outside Job. An employee cannot work a second job within or outside of the District and work Transitional Duty unless approved by the Risk Manager. The goal of Transitional Duty is to return the employee to his regular job and department, but other work within the department would be appropriate if the employee Is unable to do any part of his regular job. Work outside of his immediate department can be considered if work is not available within his department.

  • Grantee Responsibility for System Agency’s Termination Costs If the System Agency terminates the Grant Agreement for cause, the Grantee shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Grantee.
