Second Job. No graduate student employee shall be denied the right to work at a job not covered by this Agreement, as long as such employment does not interfere with the graduate student employee's fulfillment of all terms and conditions of their graduate student employment. No graduate student employee shall be denied the right to work at an additional job within the bargaining unit, but outside the graduate student employee’s academic department, as long as such employment does not interfere with the graduate student employee’s fulfillment of all terms and conditions of their graduate student employment.

Second Job. Any Graduate Assistant appointed to a Graduate Assistantship may hold a second job (either at the University or outside the University) only if the Graduate Assistant discloses in writing (before accepting a second job) that second job to their Department Chair or program director and the Graduate School xxxx, so long as such other employment is de minimis; is consistent with applicable laws; and, does not interfere with the Graduate Assistant’s academic progress and performance in their Graduate Assistantship. Under no circumstances may a Graduate Assistant hold more than one 20-hour Appointment in one semester. Under no circumstances shall University-based employment exceed thirty (30) hours.
Second JobSection 1. Any member of this department covered by this agreement may engage in extra work for another employer outside his/her regular hours of duty, provided that such extra work does not interfere or conflict with his/her regular duties as a member of this department or his/her availability for emergency duty, not affect his/her physical condition to the extent that it impairs his/her ability to efficiently perform such duties, and further that the employee shall complete a notice of secondary employment to be filed with the Sheriff prior to starting the requested employment. The sheriff shall have the right to obtain information as to the mane of any employee’s secondary employer, the employee’s duties or job description and the number of hours worked for that employer or any other information deemed necessary by the Sheriff.   • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.

  • EPP session-­‐command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a session command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP session command. For the login command it will include packets needed for starting the TCP session. For the logout command it will include packets needed for closing the TCP session. EPP session commands are those described in section 2.9.1 of EPP RFC 5730. If the RTT is 5 times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

  • PROPOSED MOBILITY PROGRAMME The proposed mobility programme includes the indicative start and end months of the agreed study programme that the student will carry out abroad. The Learning Agreement must include all the educational components to be carried out by the student at the receiving institution (in table A) and it must contain as well the group of educational components that will be replaced in his/her degree by the sending institution (in table B) upon successful completion of the study programme abroad. Additional rows can be added as needed to tables A and B. Additional columns can also be added, for example, to specify the study cycle-level of the educational component. The presentation of this document may also be adapted by the institutions according to their specific needs. However, in every case, the two tables A and B must be kept separated, i.e. they cannot be merged. The objective is to make clear that there needs to be no one to one correspondence between the courses followed abroad and the ones replaced at the sending institutions. The aim is rather that a group of learning outcomes achieved abroad replaces a group of learning outcomes at the sending institution, without having a one to one correspondence between particular modules or courses. A normal academic year of full-time study is normally made up of educational components totalling 60 ECTS* credits. It is recommended that for mobility periods shorter than a full academic year, the educational components selected should equate to a roughly proportionate number of credits. In case the student follows additional educational components beyond those required for his/her degree programme, these additional credits must also be listed in the study programme outlined in table A. Any exception to this rule should be clearly stated in an annex of the Learning Agreement and agreed by all parties. Example of justification for non-recognition: the student has already accumulated the number of credits required for his/her degree and does not need some of the credits gained abroad. Since the recognition will be granted to a group of components and it does not need to be based on a one to one correspondence between single educational components, the sending institution must foresee which provisions will apply if the student does not successfully complete some of the educational components from his study programme abroad. A web link towards these provisions should be provided in the Learning Agreement. The student will commit to reach a certain level of language competence in the main language of instruction by the start of the study period. The level of the student will be assessed after his/her selection with the Erasmus+ online assessment tool when available (the results will be sent to the sending institution) or else by any other mean to be decided by the sending institution. A recommended level has been agreed between the sending and receiving institutions in the inter-institutional agreement. In case the student would not already have this level when he/she signs the Learning Agreement, he/she commits to reach it with the support to be provided by the sending or receiving institution (either with courses that can be funded by the organisational support grant or with the Erasmus+ online tutored courses). All parties must sign the document; however, it is not compulsory to circulate papers with original signatures, scanned copies of signatures or digital signatures may be accepted, depending on the national legislation. * In countries where the "ECTS" system it is not in place, in particular for institutions located in partner countries not participating in the Bologna process, "ECTS" needs to be replaced in all tables by the name of the equivalent system that is used and a weblink to an explanation to the system should be added. The section to be completed during the mobility is needed only if changes have to be introduced into the original Learning Agreement. In that case, the section to be completed before the mobility should be kept unchanged and changes should be described in this section. Changes to the mobility study programme should be exceptional, as the three parties have already agreed on a group of educational components that will be taken abroad, in the light of the course catalogue that the receiving institution has committed to publish well in advance of the mobility periods and to update regularly as ECHE holder. However, introducing changes might be unavoidable due to, for example, timetable conflicts. Other reasons for a change can be the request for an extension of the duration of the mobility programme abroad. Such a request can be made by the student at the latest one month before the foreseen end date. These changes to the mobility study programme should be agreed by all parties within four to seven weeks (after the start of each semester). Any party can request changes within the first two to five-week period after regular classes/educational components have started for a given semester. The exact deadline has to be decided by the institutions. The shorter the planned mobility period, the shorter should be the window for changes. All these changes have to be agreed by the three parties within a two-week period following the request. In case of changes due to an extension of the duration of the mobility period, changes should be made as timely as possible as well. Changes to the study programme abroad should be listed in table C and, once they are agreed by all parties, the sending institution commits to fully recognise the number of ECTS credits as presented in table C. Any exception to this rule should be documented in an annex of the Learning Agreement and agreed by all parties. Only if the changes described in table C affect the group of educational components in the student's degree (table B) that will be replaced at the sending institution upon successful completion of the study programme abroad, a revised version should be inserted and labelled as "Table D: Revised group of educational components in the student's degree that will be replaced at sending institution". Additional rows and columns can be added as needed to tables C and D. All parties must confirm that the proposed amendments to the Learning Agreement are approved. For this specific section, original or scanned signatures are not mandatory and an approval by email may be enough. The procedure has to be decided by the sending institution, depending on the national legislation.

  • EPP command RTT Refers to “EPP session-­‐command RTT”, “EPP query-­‐command RTT” or “EPP transform-­‐command RTT”.

  • STRS PICK-UP The Board agrees, as a condition of employment, to tax shelter employee contributions to the State Teacher's Retirement System (STRS) in accordance with State Retirement System and Federal Internal Revenue Service guidelines and restrictions. This section in no way implies that the Board will contribute any portion of the employee's share of retirement contributions. For purposes of this paragraph, total annual salary and salary per pay period of each bargaining unit member shall be the salary otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended. The total annual salary and salary per pay period of each member shall be payable by the Board in two parts: (1) deferred salary and (2) cash salary. A member's deferred salary shall be equal to that percentage of said member's total annual salary or salary per pay period which is required from time to time by the State Teachers Retirement System (STRS) to be paid as an employee contribution by said member as a pickup of the STRS employee contribution otherwise payable by said member. A member's cash salary shall be equal to said member's total annual salary or salary per period less the amount of the pickup for said member and shall be payable, subject to applicable payroll deductions, to said member. The Board's total combined expenditures for members' total annual salaries otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended, (including pickup amounts) and its employer contributions to STRS shall not be greater than the amounts it would have paid for those items had this provision not been in effect. The Board shall compute and remit its employer contributions to STRS based upon total annual salary, including the "pickup". The Board shall report for Federal and Ohio income tax purposes as a member's gross income said member's total annual salary less the amount of the "pickup". The Board shall report for municipal income tax purposes as a member's gross income said member's total annual salary, including the amount of the pickup. The pickup shall be included in the member's total annual salary for the purpose of computing daily rate of pay, for determining paid salary adjustments to be made due to absence, or for any other similar purpose. The pickup shall apply to all payroll payments made after the effective date of this provision. Should the Board's payment of deferred salary cause an individual bargaining unit member's annuity contributions to exceed the IRS permissible level, any such individual shall have the right to adjust annuity deductions within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this provision.

  • Notice to Proceed - Land Acquisition The acquisition of the Land shall not occur until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed for land acquisition to the Recipient (the "Notice to Proceed"). Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director has received a Request to Proceed acceptable to the Director and is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and any requirements for land acquisition set forth in this Agreement, including without limitation the OPWC's approval of the proposed Deed Restrictions and Title Agent. The Notice to Proceed also shall specify the time frame for the Closing.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the other Party a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Party’s activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a nondiscriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.
