Transportation Insurance. All Risk” Insurance covering the full replacement cost of all supplies, equipment and materials to be incorporated into the Work while in the course of transit, including the land portion of any ocean or air shipments, and until arrival at the final local Work Sites. Such transit insurance shall include coverage against the perils of war, strikes, riots and civil commotion and shall insure all general average and salvage charges for which named insureds are responsible. Such insurance shall have a deductible of Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (U.S. $50,000) per loss.

Securing Property. Client shall secure all cash and valuables in a secure place (such as a safe) or remove them from Client’s premises. Best at Home caregivers shall be bonded and Client shall file a police report in the event that any cash or valuable is found to be missing from Client’s premises. In addition, Client shall maintain insurance coverage for the theft or loss of cash or valuables. Jurisdiction & Venue. If it is necessary to litigate a dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, Client agrees to jurisdiction in the State of Georgia and venue in the County of Chatham.
Transportation Insurance. Seller shall be liable for the insurance of transporting the equipment and the insurance in the course of transportation.

Transportation Insurance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, the Customer shall obtain transportation insurance on the Equipment and Software media. The Customer shall inspect the Equipment and Software media in accordance with carrier’s inspection requirements and report any shortages or damage in writing within forty-eight (48) hours to the carrier and to Xxxxxx. The Customer is solely responsible for any failure to report shortages or damages promptly.
Transportation Insurance. Xxxxxx shall maintain transportation insurance for the purpose of transporting its students either to or from school or for any other purpose under the jurisdiction of any school authority shall be covered by insurance consisting of, at a minimum, all of the following: (1) Bodily injury and property damage coverage with a combined single limit of $1,000,000. (2) Personal injury protection coverage of $100,000 individual, $300,000 total. (3) Medical payment coverage of $2,000 per person. (4) Uninsured motorist coverage of $300,000. Xxxxxx agrees to waive its right of subrogation against Lessors and shall obtain a waiver from its insurance company releasing the carrier’s subrogation rights against Lessors.
Transportation Insurance. This insurance shall be of the "all risks" type and shall protect the Contractor and the Owner from all insurable risks of physical loss or damage to equipment and materials in transit to the job site and until the Owner receives the equipment and materials at the job site. The coverage amount shall be not less than one-half of the full amount of the total contract, but not to exceed $250,000.00. Transportation insurance shall provide for losses to be payable to the Contractor and the Owner as their interests may appear.
