Transportation of Equipment and Materials. Unless otherwise specified, it shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to transport to, load and unload at the Site all equipment and materials used by the Contractor.

This pro- vision shall not restrict the use of an automobile or other conveyance to transport its owner and personal tools from home to shop or job at starting time or from job to home at quitting time.
