Construction Noise. The Certificate Holder shall use construction techniques and BMPs to minimize potential impacts of construction related noise. In particular, construction of the Project shall be performed in accordance with mitigation items identified in the Revised MDNS and Attachment O of the ASC.
Construction Noise. The Tenant shall ensure that minimal noise (including without limitation noise caused by drilling, hammering or sawing) relating to the Tenant’s alterations, including the Tenant’s Work escapes the Premises during Normal Business Hours. Should the Landlord receive complaints from other tenants in the Building the Tenant shall use its best efforts to eliminate the noise.
Construction Noise. The Certificate Holder and its contractors and subcontractors shall use industry standard noise attenuation controls during construction to mitigate noise impacts and shall comply with applicable state and local noise emission regulations. The Certificate Holder shall limit loud construction activities to daytime hours (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.), and shall comply with the applicable requirements of WAC 000-00-000 (2) (b) during the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Construction Noise. The excavation, demolition, erection, construction, alteration or repairs of any premises or structure between hours of 9:00pm and 7:00am except in emergency situations is permitted.

Construction Noise.
A. The Design-Builder must comply with the noise control requirements in the City’s Community Standards Bylaw, 14600 and the City’s Urban Traffic Noise Policy (C506A).
B. The Design-Builder must notify the City of any noise disturbances in accordance with Section 3.2 [Design and Construction Communications Services] of Schedule 12 [Communications and Engagement].
C. Noise complaints from the public will require an immediate response from the Design-Builder, as directed by the City.
Construction Noise. 3.1 Prior to commencement of any construction activity (excluding site investigations), Transit New Zealand shall submit a Construction Noise Management Plan documenting how the effects of construction noise on surrounding areas will be mitigated, to be approved by the Xxxxxxxx City Council’s Chief Executive Officer or nominee.
Construction Noise. 3.4.1 Noise will mainly be generated by diesel generators, air filtering appliances and trucks for hauling asbestos waste out of the site throughout the project period. However, the project site is remote from sensitive receivers and all planned site activities will not be carried out in the restricted hours (i.e. from 1900 to 0700 everyday and whole day during general holidays including Sundays) under the Noise Control Ordinance. Significant noise impact of the project is not anticipated.
Construction Noise. 4.2.1 The use of powered mechanical equipment (PME) at various stages of construction activities is likely to generate excessive construction noise on site. In order to evaluate the construction noise impact from the Project on the noise sensitive receivers (NSRs) in the study area, two representative NSRs in the vicinity of the work site were identified with reference to the EIAO-TM, and are tabulated in Table 4.1 and depicted in Figure 4.1.
