Where on site attendance by QGate staff is required and travel is greater than 150 miles from central London or the Fareham office QGate retains the right to charge travel time. Travel, Accommodation and Subsistence. No additional disbursements are payable by the Commissioner in respect of travel, subsistence or accommodation, these are to be borne by the Contractor. The Contractor shall invoice any claim for Disbursements to the Commissioner within 7 days of them being incurred giving the dates and particulars that the claims apply to. The Commissioner shall (in his absolute discretion) reimburse the Contractor within 14 days of receipt of the claims for all sums agreed by him.
