Travel Between Sites Sample Clauses

Travel Between Sites. 6.14.1 Bargaining unit members who are assigned to more than one site on a given day (split site assignment) shall be given reasonable time to travel from site to site. Members are expected to use this time in a manner that directly meets the instructional needs of the students as efficiently as possible. 6.14.2 In advance of the first day of school and following consultation with the teacher, the administrators of both sites will develop a workable plan for that teacher. The Human Resources office will facilitate a resolution among the parties as needed.
Travel Between SitesThe Employer will reimburse one (1) Union Executive as per Employer policy mileage for travel between sites required due to meetings with the Employer as per Employer Policy.
Travel Between SitesEmployees who are authorized to travel between sites will be reimbursed according to the Employer's policy.
Travel Between SitesIf an Employee is required to move from one rostered site of work to another outside of the scope of normal rostering, travel will be paid in accordance with the applicable rate within the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 (currently $0.96 per kilometre, which may be amended from time to time).

  • COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Issuer and any Paying Agent (other than the Agent) shall be sent to the Agent.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Time Off Between Shifts Failure to provide the minimum number of hours between the commencement of an employee's scheduled shift and the commencement of such employee's next scheduled shift shall result in payment of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular straight time hourly rate for only those hours which reduce the minimum hour period. Where the minimum period is reduced as a result of an approved change of shift(s) requested by the employee(s), such premium payment shall not apply. The minimum number of hours for purposes of this Article shall be determined locally and will be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.
