Travel During Working Hours. An Employee directed by the Company to use a private vehicle during working time shall be paid $0.77 cents per km measured to and from respective sites, in addition to payment for the time travelling at the appropriate ordinary time or overtime rate. The time spent travelling from home to the initial work site and travelling from the final work site to home on any day shall not be paid unless the Employee travels beyond a radius of 50km from the Company's depot. An Employee travelling beyond the 50km radius on any day shall be paid travelling time at the appropriate rate for the time taken travelling to and from the site to the 50km radius line.

Travel During Working Hours. An Employee required to travel during working hours on EACH business, including travel between work sites, will be: (a) provided with transport by EACH and EACH will be responsible for the cost; or (b) where the Employee agrees to use their own vehicle, receive the allowance at sub- clause 53.1 for each kilometre travelled.
