Travelling provisions. 6.7.1. An employee required to travel within New Zealand on official business and who is required to stay overnight, shall be reimbursed for actual and reasonable costs of accommodation, meals and other incidental expenses. Employees are expected to exercise prudence in their choice of accommodation and meals.
Travelling provisions. Employees who were engaged before 1 May 2013 shall be entitled to the provisions of this clause instead of the provisions of clause 6.8 of this Agreement.

Before an employee proceeds on the work, the employee may be given in advance an amount of money calculated, so far as that is reasonably practical, to cover the expenses to be incurred. Upon the employee's return from such work and the submission of itemised Tax Invoices. Any balance due to the employer or the employee shall be paid to or by the employee as the case might be.
