Tree Felling. No trees or shrubs with a stem of more than 100 mm diameter or designated to be preserved and indicated as such on the design and construction documentation, will be permitted to be removed without the written consent of the FVHA.

Tree Felling. 4.3.1 The Arboricultural team will fell trees identified for removal in the most suitable manner for the tree and the site.
Tree Felling. All tree felling shall comply with BS 3998. Where straight felling is required on the contract drawings the whole tree shall be felled to within 100 mm of ground level, where necessary with the assistance of a powered or hand winch. Felled trees to be re-used on site as required on the contract drawings. Where sectional felling is required on the contract drawings the tree shall be felled in sections of a size appropriate to the location, using ropes where necessary to lower the sections. Xxxxx treatment shall be carried out within 24 hours of felling. A xxxxx-killing herbicide with colouring agent, used in accordance with Clause 13.1 shall be applied by means of drilling or frill girdling in the cambium zone of the cut xxxxx. Any re-growth from the cut xxxxx shall be treated during the following season. Following removal of stumps by any means, the void shall be filled with topsoil to match existing levels in grassed areas. In paved areas the material shall be removed down to formation level to allow full reinstatement of the paved area.

CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
