Offsets and Credits Any amounts due from Vendor may be applied by Citizens against any amounts due to Vendor. Any such amounts that are not so applied shall be paid to Citizens by Vendor within thirty (30) calendar days following Citizens' request.
Service Credits Employees on pregnancy leave shall be entitled to normal accumulation of service credits for the duration of the pregnancy leave.
Credits An employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of nine decimal three seven five (9.375) hours for each calendar month for which such employee receives pay for at least seventy-five (75) hours.

Overpayments Contractor promptly shall refund to Purchaser the full amount of any erroneous payment or overpayment. Such refunds shall occur within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice to Contractor; Provided, however, that Purchaser shall have the right to elect to have either direct payments or written credit memos issued. If Contractor fails to make timely refunds of overpayment(s) (either directly or by credit memo), Contractor shall pay Purchaser interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month on the amount overdue thirty (30) calendar days after notice to Contractor.
Overpayment of Wages (a) Where the employee has been overpaid all or part of their pay on any occasion they, or the employer, should raise the error immediately.
Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you. You understand that the Credit Union is not obligated to offer such services and may withdraw or change them at any time.
Billings If applicable, and unless the RFX provides otherwise, the Contractor shall submit, on a regular basis, an invoice for the Services supplied to the State Entity under the Contract at the billing address specified in the Purchase Instrument or Contract. The invoice shall comply with all applicable rules concerning payment of such claims. The State Entity shall pay all approved invoices in arrears and in accordance with applicable provisions of State law. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the State Entity and the Contractor, the Contractor shall not be entitled to receive any other payment or compensation from the State Entity for Services provided by or on behalf of the Contractor under the Contract. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for paying all costs, expenses and charges it incurs in connection with its performance under the Contract.
Allowances § 3.8.1 The Contractor shall include in the Contract Sum all allowances stated in the Contract Documents. Items covered by allowances shall be supplied for such amounts and by such persons or entities as the Owner may direct, but the Contractor shall not be required to employ persons or entities to whom the Contractor has reasonable objection.
Reimbursement for Services Rendered If this Agreement is held to be invalid for any reason, and the PRACTICE is required to refund fees paid by You, You agree to pay the PRACTICE an amount equal to the fair market value of the medical services You received during the time period for which the refunded fees were paid.
