Photo Calls. In addition to the regular rehearsal and performance hours, two (2) photograph calls of a maximum of three (3) hours each (for each Performer) shall be allowed for each production for the taking of photographs for the sole purpose of publicizing and promoting the production and/or the Engager. There shall be no photograph call on a two-performance day or on a day when two (2) dress rehearsals are called.
Photo Calls. (a) The Theatre may require the Actor to pose not only for customary and usual photographs, but also for photographs to appear in magazines or newspapers for the sole purpose of publicizing and advertising the play. Said photographing may take place on a one performance day, or before or after rehearsal, subject to the limitations set forth herein, or during the authorized rehearsal hours, but in no event during auditions, or on a two-performance day, or after the evening performance on a day immediately preceding the day off, or the evening prior to an early student matinee day. (b) There shall be no more than one picture call in any week and of no less than ½ hour’s duration. The Actor shall receive no less than 24 hours’ notice of a picture call. However, combined photo and rehearsal hours may reach a maximum of six consecutive hours without a break. (c) If the picture call takes place after a performance, refreshments shall be made available to the Actor at the Theatre’s expense. No photo call may extend beyond 1:00 AM. Rule 51. REHEARSAL, PERFORMANCE, WORK RULES (d) If the photographs are taken at a time other than herein above specified, or if the limitation in the number of calls is exceeded, the Actor shall be paid not less than an additional 1/8th of the Actor’s weekly salary for each day or part thereof in which the photographing takes place. (e) The Actor’s name shall be properly credited on the same page as the Actor’s photo or on the facing page whenever and wherever the photographs are used and/or distributed by the Theatre, except in a group photograph of more than five. If the Actor’s photo appears on the front or back cover, the Actor’s name shall be credited on the first available following or preceding page, respectively. The Theatre shall use its best efforts to insure the crediting of photographs not under the Theatre’s control. The Actor shall have the right of approval of all individual non-production photographs used or distributed by the Theatre and under its control. If the Actor withholds permission, the Actor may be required to supply photographs to the Theatre. (f) Should the Theatre fail to credit the Actor’s name properly as required in section (D)(2)(e) above, and the Theatre does not or cannot correct the error within five business days of notification, the Actor shall receive a payment of $100.00.
Photo Calls. It is agreed that when areas of the Festival as defined in Section 3.01 of Article Three are used by still photographers representing catalogue distributors, magazines, commercial book publishers and the Festival, all regular and additional items which are normally within the jurisdiction and/or competence of the Union shall be handled by Union members who shall be paid by the Festival. The number of personnel required to staff such a call will be determined by the Business Agent in consultation with the Director of Production, with the exception of Photo Calls on stage which will be subject to clause 10.05.
Photo Calls. It is agreed that when any stage and/or other locations used, owned, rented or leased by the Festival are used by still photographers representing catalogue distributors, magazines, commercial book publishers, public relations department of the Festival as well as film and television companies, all hair, wigs, and makeup required shall be handled by employees supplied by the Union and shall be paid at the prevailing rates by the Festival. The number of employees required to staff such a call will be determined by the Business Agent, the Head of Wigs & Makeup, and the Director of Production or designate. If not more than one (1) hour has elapsed since the end of the employee’s last call, a photo call shall be two (2) hours minimum. If more than one (1) hour has elapsed since the end of an employee’s last call, the four (4) hour minimum call will apply.
Photo Calls. If still motion picture and/or video camera persons require the use of the premises for purposes of posed shots or specifically stage excerpts, then the minimum crew necessary for the proper serving of that photo call shall be retained. All such work shall be paid at the prevailing hourly rates with a minimum call.
Photo Calls. Any Principal may be required to participate in a photo call at no additional compensation. The Met, however, agrees that it will use its best efforts to assure that Principal is identified in the caption of any resulting photo which may be published.

(See Clause Invasion of Rest Period For any photograph call which results in the invasion of any rest period the Artist shall be compensated at the appropriate rate as defined in Clause and However, with the unanimous consent of the Company, photograph calls may be held immediately prior to the half hour call with no penalty payment required. Photo Calls. Still photographers representing catalogue distributors, magazines and/or commercial book publishers as well as film or television companies requiring the use of the stage before or after a stage programme for purposes of posed shots or specifically staged excerpts, shall retain the three (3) Heads of Departments as well as any additional stage employees that may be required in each department for the working of scenery, properties, drapes, lights, etc. If the use of the stage shall not be required, then only the Head of the Department necessary for the servicing of that photo call shall be retained. All such work shall be performed at the prevailing hourly rates with a minimum call.

Photo Calls. Clause with regard to photo calls on a two performance day, will not apply as long as the photo calls are accomplished within the daily/weekly work hours provided in Clause
