Tutor Teacher Allo ance. 3.16.1 A tutor teacher is a fully certificated teacher who has met the professional standards in this agreement as appropriate and is designated as being responsible for providing an advice and guidance programme to a provisionally certificated first or second year teacher working towards full certification. The responsibilities of a tutor teacher include assisting the provisionally certificated teacher to meet the requirements for becoming fully certificated.

Tutor Teacher Allo ance. A tutor teacher is a fully certificated teacher who holds a current practicing certificate and is designated as being responsible for providing an advice and guidance programme to a provisionally certificated teacher working towards full registration. The responsibilities of the tutor teacher include assisting the provisionally certificated teacher to meet the certification requirements. A tutor teacher allowance of $600 per annum is payable to a designated tutor teacher while they are responsible for a provisionally certificated teacher, or teachers, who are permanently employed or employed to fixed term positions of at least ten consecutive weeks provided that the total combined hours of the provisionally certificated teachers are at least 0.8. A tutor teacher may be responsible for tutoring more than one provisionally certificated teacher concurrently, but shall only receive one payment of the allowance. Only one teacher may be designated as being responsible for tutoring any provisionally certificated teacher at any one time. The designation of tutor teacher shall be for no more than one calendar year on each occasion. Where the provisionally certificated teacher is employed for part of a year, the allowance shall be paid to the tutor teacher for that part of the year only. Senior teachers are not entitled to the allowance. The tutor teacher and the provisionally certificated teacher engaged in the advice and guidance programme will receive paid release time.   • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Post-Award Small Business Program Re Representation If applicable, The Contractor shall report timely and accurately their small business program re-representation and update XXX.xxx.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.
