Twelve Hour Shifts. Members assigned to twelve (12) hour shifts will be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) time for any hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours per work day or any regular hours actually worked in excess of 84 hours during the fourteen day work period.

Twelve Hour Shifts. Members An Employee who is assigned to work twelve (12)-hour shifts will be paid two (2) times his/her regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked after the first twelve (12) hour shifts hours in a workday and will be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½1/2) time times his/her regular rate of pay for any all hours worked over forty (40) in excess of twelve (12) hours per work day or any regular hours actually worked in excess of 84 hours during the fourteen day work perioda workweek.

Twelve Hour Shifts. Members Persons assigned to twelve (12) hour shifts will shall be paid compensated at the rate of time and one and one-half (1 ½1.5x) the regular rate for all hours worked after twelve (12) consecutive hours and less than sixteen (16) consecutive hours.
