Short Notice Compensation. To meet a staffing need a Nurse may be called on short notice to report for work. If the Nurse called for work is not in an on-call status on an established on-call system, the following shall apply, except in situations where a Nurse previously scheduled to work and canceled has been called in to work within one (1) hour of the initial cancellation.

  • Callout Compensation A regular employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates. They shall be compensated from the time they leave their home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly to and from work.
