Twelve Month Employee Compensation Schedules. The job titles currently placed in each pay classification are listed in Appendix A. The following compensation schedules apply to employees covered by this Agreement. Longevity pay (Section 2.4) is included in the longevity step on the compensation schedules. Employees reaching their longevity eligibility between January 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019 will advance to their appropriate longevity step. Below is the compensation schedule for classification I through V,I/M,IV/M, and LM employees. The hourly rates in Section 2.1.2 are for reference purposes only. The monthly pay rates are the official pay rates for classification I-V,I/M, IV/M, and LM employees and are based on full time, eight hours per day assignments. Applicable retroactive pay will be paid to these employees eligible for longevity.   • Twelve Month Employees A member of the unit who is employed on a twelve (12) month 19 basis shall be allowed paid vacation leave, exclusive of holidays, as follows:

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Ten Month Employees Employees appointed on a regular 10-month basis (those employed for the standard academic year beginning September 1 to June 30) generally receive benefits on a pro rata basis except for holiday pay which will be granted for those holidays that fall during the academic year only.

  • Compensation for Holidays Worked a. With the exception of the provisions in Section C.2.b., below, an employee required to work on a holiday listed above shall be paid at the employee's regular straight-time rate of pay for the hours actually worked. In addition, an eligible employee shall receive either compensatory time off or holiday pay at the option of the University at the regular straight-time rate, including any shift differential.

  • Special Parental Allowance for Totally Disabled Employees (a) An employee who:

  • Month Employees TEN (10) MONTH EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE COMPLETED ONE (1) YEAR OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE AND WHO HAVE ACCUMULATED TWENTY (20) DAYS OF SICK LEAVE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN THE USLB.

  • Employee Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall be compensated for vacation leave to which she is entitled.

  • Employer Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall compensate the Employer for vacation which was taken but to which she was not entitled.

  • Sick Leave Days Payable at 100% Wages Permanent Employees Subject to paragraphs d), e) and f) below, Employees will be allocated eleven (11) sick days payable at one hundred percent (100%) of wages on the first day of each fiscal year, or the first day of employment.
