Type of Grievances Individual. A grievance that alleges a violation, misinterpretation and/or misapplication which directly and adversely affects one Member. Group A grievance that alleges a violation, misinterpretation and/or misapplication, which directly and adversely affects two or more Members. Such grievance must be signed by at least two Members and must identify the Members who are also impacted by the grievance.

  • Types of Grievance (a) An individual grievance is a grievance which involves a single individual.
