Unacceptable Shipments. Shipper agrees that its Shipment is acceptable for transportation and is deemed unacceptable if: • It is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), any applicable government department or other relevant organization; • No customs declaration is made when required by applicable customs regulations; or • DHL decides it cannot transport an item safely or legally (such items include but are not limited to: animals, bullion, currency, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms, parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
Unacceptable Shipments. Shipper warrants that its Shipment is acceptable for transportation and that it does not contain: • any article classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted by the DOT (Department of Transportation), TSA (Transportation Security Administration), IATA (International Air Transport Association), or any applicable government agency or other relevant organization; • animals; articles of extraordinary value such as but not limited to bullion, currency, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones; firearms, parts thereof and ammunition; human remains; pornography or illegal narcotics/drugs. • DHL will not accept any Shipment that contains the articles listed above, or that contains any articles that DHL decides cannot be transported safely or legally, as stated in Unacceptable Items of DHL’s Ground Tariff.

Unacceptable Shipments. A Shipment is deemed unacceptable if: ● no customs declaration is made when required by applicable customs regulations, ● it contains counterfeit goods, animals, bullion, currency, gemstones; weapons, explosives and ammunition; human remains; illegal items, such as ivory and narcotics, ● it is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), ADR (European Road Transport Regulation on dangerous goods) or other relevant organization (“Dangerous Goods”), ● its address is incorrect or not properly marked or its packaging is defective or inadequate to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling, ● it contains any other item which CBIP decides cannot be carried safely or legally.

Unacceptable Shipments. A shipment may be deemed unacceptable at Mailboxes sole discretion if: • it contains complete firearms, ammunition, explosives, explosive devices or test pieces, air guns, replica or imitation firearms; counterfeit goods; cash; bullion (of any precious metal); prohibited animal parts or remains, such as ivory; human remains or ashes; loose precious or, semi-precious stones; cannabis or its derivatives; or illegal goods, such as narcotics or other illegal drugs, • it is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles under ADR (European Road Transport Regulation on dangerous goods) or by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), IMO (International Maritime Organization) or other relevant organization (“Dangerous Goods”), • it contains any other item which Mailboxes or its Agents cannot carry safely or legally, • its transportation methods are restricted or prohibited by exclusive privilege of any authority, • the address is incorrect, not properly marked, or its packaging is defective or inadequate to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care in handling, • Shipper, Consignee or any other party with a direct or indirect interest in the shipment is listed on any applicable sanctions lists as a denied or restricted party.
