If a reduction in force is required in connection with this return it will be accomplished through this Article. Seniority for the purposes of restoration shall be all time served in classified service. For any subsequent reductions in force following this restoration, Section 4 seniority will apply. There shall be no cross-bumping between management service and the bargaining unit.
