Operations Supervisor. Contractor shall employ field-based Operations Supervisors such that one (1) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 52 weeks a year, deployed in an emergency response supervisor vehicle, to provide coverage only within Alameda County. These supervisors serve as the Contractor’s on-duty EMS Field Commanders and accordingly must be Paramedics who are highly experienced and competent both administratively and in the management of large and complex emergencies as demonstrated through extensive training in the Incident Command System (ICS). It is desirable that these supervisors are EMD certified by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. The Operations Supervisor must be able to disseminate initial level corrective action and reports through the operational command structure. It is understood that not all actions are time sensitive and/or need to be approved at the highest levels of the Contractor’s management. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for real time, non-dispatch center initiated System Status Plan staffing adjustments, working to decrease turnaround times at receiving facilities. investigating vehicle and general liability issues, workers compensation issues, employee performance issues, and customer or stakeholder complaints The Operations Supervisor shall also: Integrate into an ICS structure, assisting with management of complex incident as needed or requested by partner agencies. Collaborate with EMS Agency Leadership and Prehospital Care Coordinators. Communicate with EMS Agency on-call staff Be responsible for delivery of supplies or equipment, but only for multi-casualty incidents and disaster responses. In the event that an Operations Supervisor fails to perform to the satisfaction of the EMS Director, Contractor shall timely appoint a suitable replacement.
Operations Supervisor. Responsibility for planning, scheduling and supervising of all aspects of facilities management, traffic management, event planning, infrastructure and gardening maintenance
Operations Supervisor a. Directs activities of project workers both in the field and corporate office.
b. Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction.
c. Estimates overtime and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction, based on knowledge of available tools, equipment, and various building methods.
d. Assembles members of organization (supervisory, clerical, craft, and other workers) at start of project.
e. Orders procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedule.
f. Confers with supervisory personnel and inspectors to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods.
g. Prepares reports on progress, materials used, costs, and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.
h. The operations supervisor shall be “home-based” logistical support and shall not be considered for any field charges.
Operations Supervisor. Reporting to the COO or Branch Manager, provides leadership, guides, trains, directs work flow and functions as a working supervisor for branch operations including teller, new accounts, supporting personnel and assists with their training and development. Assists with deposit account development programs and public relation activities. Assists in planning marketing strategies, design and objectives. Sells all institution services and strives for excellence in member service and guides the staff to do the same. Exercises authority to make exceptions to policy and procedures. Assumes responsibilities of the COO or Branch Manager during their absence. Responsible for monitoring department reports, coordinating training programs and enforces all policies, procedures, and compliance regulations including but not limited to anti-money laundering, US Patriot Act, Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, fraud protection, security procedures and privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Operations Supervisor. Contractor shall have a fully trained supervising employee on-duty available to employees and patrons at all times to:
1. Resolve any parking operational difficulties and to ensure uninterrupted, high level parking operations and related services are provided in a business like environment.
2. Assure that employees are performing assigned tasks and do not interfere with public patrons entering or exiting facility or employees going to or coming from work.
3. Assure safety and security at all times. Efficiently provide supervisory responsibilities to ensure a safe, clean, hazard free and service oriented environment.
4. Coordinate the preparation of reports, budgets, reimbursement documents, operations payroll, claims and any other documents required by the Airport or other agencies.
5. Act as the Contractor‟s interface to the Airport when the General or Assistant General Manager is not on duty or as requested.
6. Provision, properly account for and deposit money from cash machines for all Airport parking facilities,
7. Provision, properly account for and deposit money from cash machines related to taxicab operations.
Operations Supervisor. Any party appointed by the Company to supervise the performance of the Works at the Instillations.
Operations Supervisor. A new Subsection 2.1(O) is added to the Contract as follows: The Contractor shall assign an operations supervisor to be responsible for coordinating operations, scheduling, and field support to the City for purposes of the Contract. The operations supervisor will serve as the primary contact for the City and shall be responsible for efficiently addressing customer concerns regarding on-site service matters, such as:
(1) placement of new containers; (2) pick-up, replacement, and repair of existing containers; and (3) missed pick-ups. The Contractor shall provide the name and contact information for the assigned operations supervisor to the Administrator.
Operations Supervisor. Operations department employees will wear the 16 uniform prescribed by the COMPANY. The COMPANY will designate the color and 17 design of the uniform. 18 19 The COMPANY will provide all new Operations Supervisors five (5) new uniform sets 20 upon their hire. Each Operations Supervisor who has been in continuous service as an 21 Operations Supervisor with the COMPANY for at least one (1) year shall receive a 22 uniform voucher in April of each year of this contract in the amount of $300 to be used 23 for purchasing any approved uniform items at the designated vendor, and an additional 24 $100 voucher for approved shoes each year in the second pay period in February. For 25 employees unable to obtain approved shoes from the vendor, the employee must present 26 an image, description and cost of an alternative shoe to the Director of Operations or 27 designee for approval prior to purchase. Once approved, the employee will be 28 reimbursed up to $100 annually upon presentation of an acceptable receipt. 29 Reimbursements shall be subject to payroll taxes. The uniform voucher must be used in 30 the contract year issued and any unused balance in that year cannot be carried forward, 31 cannot be transferred to any other person, cannot be used to purchase items for another 32 person, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 34 If an Operations Supervisor is terminated or resigns prior to completion of one (1) year 35 of service, the pro-rated cost of the uniforms will be deducted from the employee’s final 36 check. 38 The approved vendor and manufacturer for all uniform garments shall be designated by 39 the COMPANY. The COMPANY shall inform employees where the garments can be 40 obtained. . 41 42 33.4 Employees will be required to display a Palm Xxxx ID/Security badge on their 43 uniform at all times while on duty.
