Under Payment. In the event that an Employee believes she has been underpaid in wages or benefits, the Employer agrees to investigate the error. If an error is found to have occurred, the Employer will correct the error and the Employee will be paid as soon as practicably possible, and not later than the end of the next pay period.
Under Payment in the event of an under payment then the amount of such under payment shall be added to the payment which the Company is to make to the Manager pursuant to clause 12.1.2, provided however that in the event that either party disputes the auditor's finding then that party may require the issue to be referred to arbitration pursuant to clause 18.6.

Within forty eight (48) working hours from the Site Manager, or their designate, agreeing there has been an error and where the error is at least ten (10%) percent of the money earned on the incorrect pay cheque, the employee will be issued a direct deposit covering the mistake. This direct deposit will cover the amount owed, however; normal deductions will be made from the employee’s next payroll cheque. If the amount owed the employee is less than ten (10%) percent of the pay cheque in question, the amount will be made up on the employee’s next pay cheque.
